California’s “Shine the Light” law permits those Liberate Psychological & Consultation Services, Inc. customers who are residents of California to annually request a list of their Personal Information (if any) that Liberate Psychological & Consultation Services, Inc. disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. At this time, Liberate Psychological & Consultation Services, Inc. currently does not share any Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
